Data deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data from the ROBOZIN platform, operated by Bozin Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 53.879.715/0001-22), in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD) and the policies of partner platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.

1. How to request deletion

You can request the deletion of your data through any of our official support channels:

  • Email: write to contato@robozin.ai with the subject “Data deletion”, informing the phone number or email registered on your account.
  • WhatsApp: contact our support through the official Robozin WhatsApp and request the deletion of your data.

For your security, the request must come from the phone number or email linked to your account — that is how we confirm the request comes from the data subject.

2. What is deleted

  • Your account and profile data (name, phone, email, address, photos and other registered information);
  • Conversation history and interactions with the platform;
  • Browsing data and advertising identifiers associated with you, including those received through cookies and pixels from platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google;
  • Data received from those platforms when you interact with Robozin ads or pages.

3. What may be retained

Some data may be kept even after deletion, in the cases authorized by article 16 of the LGPD — for example, records required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations (such as tax documents for payments) and for the regular exercise of rights. That data is restricted to those purposes and is no longer used for anything else.

4. Timelines

We confirm receipt of your request within 15 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, notifying you at the end. If any data must be retained for the reasons in section 3, we explain exactly what and for how long.
