Asking is free

Describe the job once and compare the quotes.

By text, voice note or photo. Robozin builds the request for you and sends it to the verified professionals who serve your area.

We only serve Brazil — quotes are for Brazilian addresses.

Why it isn't the same thing

A phone number is not a solution

A tip in a group chat, a Google search, a list in an app: what you end up with is a phone number. Explaining, waiting, chasing replies and comparing are all still your job.

With a phone number in hand

  • You repeat the same story to every person who picks up.
  • One asks for a photo, another doesn't — and each one quotes looking at something different.
  • Whoever drops out doesn't tell you. You wait without knowing if a reply is still coming.
  • In the end, comparing means piecing together voice notes, screenshots and a number that came by message.

With a request on Robozin

  • You describe it once, check the summary, and it goes out ready to everyone.
  • If one professional asks for an extra photo, it joins the request and everyone else gets it too.
  • The request has a reference number and a visible status: you see who replied and who didn't.
  • The proposals sit side by side, with the price, the note and the reputation in the same view.
How it works

Get proposals without calling anyone

Four steps. Only the first is yours, and it takes about as long as explaining the problem to someone.

  1. 1 You say what you need By typing, recording a voice note or sending a photo of the problem. There's no twenty-field form.
  2. 2 Robozin asks what's missing and builds the summary Trade, address, urgency, whether you need an invoice. Nothing goes out unread: the summary appears on screen and you fix it before the request is sent.
  3. 3 Professionals in your area reply Only those with the right trade who serve your address get the request. Each proposal arrives with a price, a note and the reputation of whoever sent it.
  4. 4 You compare and choose The lowest price is highlighted, but it doesn't decide for you. When you choose, contacts are exchanged — and the first message goes out with the reference number and the agreed price.

If your description covers two trades, Robozin separates them and asks whether you'd rather have one professional do everything or get separate quotes — and it only offers that where someone can actually do both.

Your area

No more waiting without knowing if a reply is coming

Everything that happened to it lives on one page: who replied, how much they asked, what you agreed and how it went in the end.

  • Proposals side by side

Price, the professional's note and their reputation on the same screen. You read it all at once instead of opening one conversation after another.

  • Your contact stays protected

The proposal card has no phone number. The professional's WhatsApp only opens once you accept — and the message goes out already filled in with the reference and the price.

  • Talk it through before deciding

You can ask questions of whoever replied. If the price changes mid-conversation, it becomes a formal proposal with an accept bar, not a number lost in the chat.

  • The second request is shorter

The professionals you favourited are contacted first, and the addresses you saved become one tap instead of a postcode typed again.

Is there a professional at your postcode?

A request only becomes a live quote where there are professionals to answer it. Enter your postcode and see the categories available there.

Questions from people who've never asked

How much does it cost to ask?

Nothing. Asking for a quote is free for you, and there's no intermediation fee on what you agree. It's the professional who pays to use the platform.

How many quotes will I get?

It depends on how many professionals in that trade serve your address and how many choose to reply. There's a cap per request so the conversation doesn't turn into chaos — but nobody guarantees a number, and be wary of anyone who does.

What is a verified professional?

Someone whose identity was confirmed with a document and facial recognition before joining the network. The badge appears on their profile, next to reviews from people who hired them.

Does my phone number go out to everyone?

No. Contacts are only exchanged with the professional you choose. Until then, the conversation happens inside Robozin.

Do I need to download an app?

No. The request starts right here, in the browser, and you follow everything in your Robozin area.

For people living in a building

The same request, made together with your neighbours

On robozin.condo, the building gathers recommendations of professionals neighbours have already hired and opens collective hires — one job agreed by several units at once.

The building is registered by the manager, and it's free.
