Whatever belongs to each apartment, the building can hire together — air conditioning, gas water heaters. Any resident can open a group hire: it isn't a building manager's privilege. The price that comes back is always per unit, and your role is to moderate.

What do I need to register the building?

Name, address, number of units and the proof of office — the minutes of the meeting that elected you. CNPJ and the CNPJ certificate are optional.

How long does approval take?

It depends on the queue, because the check is done by people. Until the registration is approved, the dashboard shows why and the invitation and group hiring sections stay unavailable.

Who gets into the building's network?

Only the people you approve. The link shared in the group chat puts the resident in a pending queue with the unit they declared, and you review it before letting them in. Invitations sent by WhatsApp already come with the unit filled in.

Who answers for the quality of the pro?

The recommendation comes from the neighbor who hired and rated the pro, with their name and unit in plain sight. Robozin verifies the pro before they appear in the network; the recommendation comes from the neighbors — and you remove from the building's list anyone who doesn't fit.

Does a resident pay anything to join a group hire?

No. Joining only confirms that the unit participates. If nobody decides by the deadline, the group hire expires and nobody pays a thing. Payment for the job happens outside Robozin, directly with the pro.

Who can see the quotes in a group hire?

Only the resident who opened it and you. The other residents see how many units joined and, at the end, their own unit's amount.

Does it work for a gated community of houses?

It does. During registration you pick the type: apartment building or a community of houses.
